Microsoft Kaizala Integrated Into Office 365

What has been mentioned for an extended time is now becoming a fact, Microsoft Kaizala are going to be integrated into Office 365.

Almost a year ago, Microsoft announced that Kaizala will become a permanent a part of Microsoft teams:

What’s Kaizala?

Microsoft Kaizala is a moment messenger from Microsoft that's included within the office package Microsoft Office 365.

It allows people to speak easily over and within organizations. Kaizala makes it easy to urge in-tuned with colleagues, suppliers, distributors, partners and customers through an easy chat interface.

With Kaizala, instant messages, promotions and invoices are often sent. additionally , it's easy to plan working hours, provide training materials, and send attachments like pictures, documents, videos, audio files, and more. Kaizala enables instant feedback from people about anything you would like . With Kaizala actions, surveys and polls are often sent to thousands of individuals . All responses are automatically aggregated and presented during a readable report.

Bringing together Kaizala and Microsoft Teams

The capabilities of Kaizala App complement the robust communicate and Integrated capabilities of Microsoft Teams, the hub for teamwork in Microsoft 365. Many of our customers, including M-Kopa Solar and UEM Edgenta, use both Teams and Kaizala to empower and have interaction their internal workforce and therefore the extended network outside their directory.

 

Enabling every member of an organization’s network with data communication and collaboration tools – whether or not they are inside or outside of the corporate directory – can transform the way work gets done. We also believe that each organization should have the power to have and manage their company data. Based on this vision, and on feedback from customers, we'll be bringing Kaizala capabilities into Microsoft Teams as an integrated offering. We expect the mixing to happen in phases over subsequent 12-18 months, and that we will provide more details about the Kaizala and Teams integration roadmap later this quarter.

 

Additional new Microsoft Kaizala capabilities

 Today, we also are announcing several new capabilities in Kaizala that are top requests from current customers.

New features for Kaizala users:

Enable you to tag individual members in a chat so you can call their attention to things that matter.

Delete messages: you'll now delete a message during a 1:1 or group chat within an hour of sending it. If you're a gaggle admin, you'll delete any message at any point in time.

The Kaizala web app allows managers and admins to simply access and search chat conversations, send documents, action cards and more from a desktop (PC/laptop). It is now available publicly preview and can be generally available to all or any Kaizala users later this quarter.
